熊本で地震がつづいています。
現地の皆様のことが気がかりです。

熊本市現代美術館で開催中の「淀川テクニック　ゴミニケーションin 熊本」はしばらくの間お休みになりました。
作品は修復が必要ですが、美術館のスタッフの皆様がご無事と知り少しだけ安心しました。

数日前、阿蘇も訪れていました。
小学生の時、社会科の教科書で見て一目惚れした阿蘇山のカルデラ。
車でぐるっと廻りました。
美しい、美しい場所、阿蘇。

途中、阿蘇神社をお参りしました。
あの立派な楼門が壊れてしまうとは信じがたく、この地震の威力を身をもって感じます。

偉大なる自然の脅威。
いまはただ、祈るしかありません。

Another strong earthquake rocked Kumamoto prefecture.
I am anxious about people there.

Yodogawa Technique’s exhibition held at Contemporary Art Museum, Kumamoto will be closed for a while.
The works exhibited at the venue need to be repaired, but I am relieved to know that the museum staff members there were safe.

Just a few days ago, I drove to visit Mt.Aso area.
It was really breathtaking.

I still cannot believe that the gate of the historic Aso Shrine collapsed.
It really looked grand and stately.

The power of Mother Nature.

All I can do now is pray.
