目の前の仕事に追われていると1・2ヶ月はおろか、半年でも1年でも、あっという間に過ぎてゆく。

先日、小学生の娘に

「2週間くらい前に〇〇したの、1年前くらいの感じがするよね〜！」と言ったら

「そう？2週間前って感じだけど。」

とあっさり返された。

大人になると時間が加速度的に早く感じられるのはどうも本当らしい。

When I am swamped with work, even a year goes by in a flash!

I said to my primary school daughter the other day

“ Don’t you feel it was like last year when we visited 〇〇 2 weeks ago?”

She simply answered me,

“No, it feels like exactly 2 weeks ago.”

It seems true that time goes faster as we get older!
